UNCLAIMED MAIL:
Please note that if the post office or parcel relay holds your package at the post office, the customer is responsible for retrieving the package. ICHBEARD is not responsible for unclaimed packages returned to sender.
If your order is returned to sender, ICHBEARD, and you wish to resend it, the buyer will be responsible for postage costs.
Order tracking:
To know the delivery date of your order, check your email inbox or SPAM box often. We will send you a shipping confirmation.
What should I do if I am not there on the day of delivery?
If you are not there at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox. However, this is not always possible because sometimes the delivery person does not have access to the gate or the entrance to the houses. In this case, the transport company will contact you to schedule a new delivery.
If you are also absent during the second delivery, the package will remain in the warehouse of the transport company in your area so that you can pick it up at the agency. If for some reason you have not been able to get in touch with the transport company in order to schedule a new delivery, you can write to us at contactichbeard@gmail.com so that we can help you according to your need.
What happens if my shipping address is incorrect?
We recommend that you check the delivery address indicated when placing your orders to ensure that the information is correct and complete. If you detect an error in your contact details, you can contact us via email contactichbeard@gmail.com to modify it if the order has not yet left our premises. Managing this will increase the delivery time from 24 to 48 hours. Remember to reread all the fields filled in.
Can I collect my order from a relay point?
Before confirming your order, choose the Mondial Relay delivery point option. You will be able to choose the relay point of your choice after your transaction.
By choosing this option, you will receive the same information that we send when you make a home delivery. Mondial Relay will send you an SMS or an email when your order is ready to be collected from the relay point you have chosen.
